The Sandwich Tern (Thalasseus sandvicensis) is an elegant coastal traveler, recognizable by its slender silhouette and its ruffled black cap. Recreated according to Deyrolle's historical expertise, each specimen captures the grace of this seabird, highlighting its white and pearl-gray plumage and the characteristic yellow tip of its long black beak.
Nicknamed the "sea swallow," the Sandwich Tern is a spectacular fisher: it spots its prey from the air before diving at full speed, completely submerging itself to catch small fish. To woo its partner during the courtship display, the male elegantly offers her a freshly caught fish as a gift!

Here are some maintenance tips: For feathered animals: Every six months, lightly wipe a cloth impregnated with essence C (organic solvent) using
