1. Shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Packages are oversized and protected.

2. Delivery times

We ship your order an average of 2 working days* after validation and payment. Delivery times depend on size, fragility and destination. In metropolitan France, you will receive your parcel within 2 to 5 working days on average. For deliveries abroad, it may take several days or even weeks. *Excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Products available in store only

Certain fragile or bulky products are only available on this website by store collection. These products are mainly found in the “Taxidermy” and “Works of Art” sections.

Delivery of these items is possible, but not via the website. Please contact Deyrolle for a quotation. This allows us to offer you the best service according to the content of your order and its destination.

Once we have received payment for delivery, we will proceed to dispatch your order.
