Lacquered with eggshell, polystyrene, pastels, acrylic, copper leaf and chiseled brass.

This work, inspired by the pictorial genre of the same name, is a contemporary reinterpretation of this concept, where still life and vanitas intertwine in the fascinating world of entomology and taxidermy.

Marine Valentin

Artisan d’art sculptrice née en 1995, Marine Valentin s’est initiée, durant ses études à l’ENSAAMA, au travail de nombreuses matières : plâtre, laque, résines, métaux, polystyrène… 

Cette formation l’amena a commencer sa carrière en tant que sculptrice dans le cinéma. 

C’est en 2024 que l’atelier Neolti est crée avec l’envie d’apporter une nouvelle approche sur le thème des cabinet de curiosités en jouant sur la matière, les couleurs et les volumes
dans un univers riche en symbolisme.
