In Maine-et-Loire, Hortense de Castries grew up surrounded by walnut trees planted by her grandfather in the 1970s. Thus, her passion stems from her family history which she now wishes to share with the world thanks to this book, but also thanks to its “nOk” brand.
During our signature event, you will have the chance to meet the artist and his work full of recipes and information on this nut that is not only delicious, but also healthy and ecological.
